OathBuddy is an application designed for users in the United States preparing for the U.S. naturalization interview. The app uses voice-powered AI to help you practice answering civics questions. Currently, our website also operates as a landing page for informational purposes and to collect sign-ups for updates.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You obtain no rights to the intellectual property of OathBuddy by using this site or joining the waitlist.

3. Acceptable Use

When using OathBuddy, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the AI system through prompt injection or similar techniques.
• Use the app to generate, transmit, or store inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers.
• Use the app for any purpose other than practicing for the U.S. naturalization interview.

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these guidelines. Content moderation systems are in place to filter inappropriate responses.

4. Disclaimer

OathBuddy is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. The content provided is for educational purposes only.

No Guarantee of Results: OathBuddy is a study aid and does not guarantee success on the U.S. naturalization interview. Results depend on individual preparation, circumstances, and the official USCIS interview process.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OathBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the site.
