• Account Information: When you sign up using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided). Apple Sign-In users may choose to hide their email address.
• Voice Data: When you use the voice practice feature, your speech is transcribed in real-time to evaluate your answers. We do not store, save, or retain your voice recordings or transcriptions. This data is processed only for the immediate purpose of providing feedback on your practice responses.
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to OathBuddy, payment processing is handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the OathBuddy service.
• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
• Send you updates regarding the app (you can opt out at any time).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your email address against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide and improve OathBuddy:

• Authentication: Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In are used for account authentication. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• OpenAI: Voice transcription and AI-powered responses are processed using OpenAI's API. When you speak, your audio is sent to OpenAI for real-time transcription and response generation. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not store the data sent to or received from OpenAI.
• Payments: Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not have access to your full payment information.
• Email Services: We use third-party email providers (such as Loops.so) to manage our communications.
• Analytics: We may use analytics services (such as PostHog) to understand how users interact with our app. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the user experience.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request information about the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (e.g., removal from the waitlist).
• Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
